Eric is an Experience Director with over 15 years of experience leading teams to create thoughtful, impactful digital experiences. His work focuses on empowering cross-disciplinary teams through collaboration, clarity, and trust. Throughout his career, Eric has emphasized mentorship, supported autonomy and professional growth, and navigated complex organizational environments across both agency and in-house settings. He brings a structured, user-centered approach to translating complex needs into meaningful, well-considered design outcomes.

Eric began his career shadowing and interning at LAGA, where he spent ten years building a strong foundation in design practice. After earning his BFA from Maine College of Art & Design, he joined the studio Puelle Design before moving to England to complete a master's degree at the London College of Communication. He then consulted with British and European cultural institutions and architecture practices, including Zaha Hadid Architects. His career continued in New York, where he held roles including Senior Designer at Union Design, UX Art Director at The Wall Street Journal, Design Manager at IBM - Watson Health, Experience Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase, and most recently, Associate Experience Director at Publicis Sapient.

In addition to his professional practice, Eric has contributed to design education as an assistant professor on LCC's FdA/BA Design course and as a dissertation advisor at LCC, Edinburgh Napier University, Camberwell College of Arts, and Central Saint Martins. He has also run design workshops at both LCC and Kean University.
