The challenge

Defining the SMA Advisor Hub strategy required collaboration with the GSAM product team and multiple stakeholders while coordinating with a concurrent rebrand and platform redesign. Deliverables needed to balance advisor needs, brand consistency, and scalability.

Our impact

We delivered a strategic experience blueprint and initial tool architecture that informed iterative research and development. GSAM manages $191 billion in direct indexing assets, maintaining the largest SMA footprint in the U.S. while continuing to expand globally.
