The challenge
BIO’s legacy platform, managed by a third-party vendor, could not scale to meet growing event and partnering needs. We were tasked with designing and building a new system while ensuring ongoing operations on the existing platform.
Our impact
BIO Partnering launched successfully, with 2025 meetings growing ~7.7% year-over-year. Continuous feature enhancements and platform improvements have strengthened event management and expanded partnering opportunities.
