Since launch, the experience has generated ~$4.5B in incremental bookings and sustained ~15% year-over-year growth.

The challenge
Launched at the onset of the pandemic, the Benefits, Travel, and Dining experience evolved from a standalone test into a fully native feature within the Chase Mobile App. Leading a cross-functional team, we partnered across Mobile Channel, Credit Card Product, Technology, Design Systems, and L&C to prioritize, prototype, and integrate lifestyle UX patterns directly into the core banking experience.
Our impact
The native Travel and Benefits platform has driven ~15% annual growth and ~$4.5B in incremental bookings since 2021. Beyond metrics, it shifted the product organization’s mindset, embedding content-driven lifestyle experiences into the Chase Mobile App and transforming it from a transactional utility into a discovery platform.
